Base Salary
$245k - $429k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end technical delivery for cross-team initiatives.
- Shape advertiser and seller platforms for scale, reliability, and quality.
- Build and evolve ML, GenAI, and AI-assisted experiences.
- Contribute to initiatives that improve time to value and campaign performance.
- Partner on performance measurement and data-driven pathways.
- Drive technical decisions considering revenue and engagement trade-offs.
- Mentor senior engineers and enhance engineering quality.
- Utilize AI to accelerate work while ensuring accountability.
Requirements
- 10+ years of software engineering experience in complex production systems.
- Strong track record in ads, advertiser tooling, or seller platforms.
- Deep experience in systems design, API design, and data-intensive systems.
- Experience with ML, AI, or GenAI systems and their responsible deployment.
- Experience in advertiser platforms or ads integrations is a strong plus.
- Strong communication skills to influence technical direction.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
