Responsibilities
- Design and implement a robust, secure, and scalable Agentic AI platform.
- Drive technical execution of new agent-driven product features from ideation to deployment.
- Implement advanced guardrails and evaluation frameworks for safe agent behaviors.
- Enable agents to interact with complex medical data structures and APIs.
- Collaborate with product managers and clinical experts to translate needs into AI architectures.
- Mentor junior engineers and champion software engineering best practices.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering experience for Senior level or 8+ years for Staff level.
- Hands-on experience building applications with Large Language Models.
- Experience with orchestration frameworks and vector databases.
- Proficiency in Python or Go, with knowledge of microservices and cloud infrastructure.
- A passion for greenfield projects and solving complex problems.
