Responsibilities
- Design, build, maintain, test, deploy, and operate security tools, automations, and services.
- Collaborate with security engineers and partner teams across Music, Audible, and Games to deliver solutions for security challenges.
- Improve existing systems and processes while balancing short-term needs with long-term architectural goals.
- Document software architecture, functionality, and integration with the broader security landscape.
- Review code, coach teammates, and evaluate generative AI capabilities for security tooling.
Requirements
- Experience in professional, non-internship software development.
- Experience programming with at least one modern language such as Java, C++, or C#, including object-oriented design.
- Experience leading the architecture and design of new and existing systems, including design patterns, reliability, and scaling.
- Preferred: bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent.
- Preferred: experience with the full software development lifecycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
