Base Salary
$130k - $179k/yr
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary technical owner for Salesforce to Planhat and Kantata integrations.
- Audit existing automations and implement optimizations to reduce technical debt.
- Mentor junior admins and drive internal process improvements.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions within an Agile framework.
- Design and maintain configurations within Planhat and Kantata to ensure data integrity.
- Provide expert technical support to Global Customer Success and RevOps teams.
- Establish proactive monitoring to identify sync errors early.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a GTM Systems Engineer or Business Systems Administrator in high-growth SaaS.
- Extensive experience with Professional Services Automation (PSA) and Customer Success (CS) platforms.
- Deep technical knowledge of Salesforce, including advanced Flow and custom objects.
- Strong understanding of APIs and middleware for custom connections.
- Proficiency in SQL and understanding of data warehouse structures.
- A security-first mindset with a track record of ensuring system architecture remains secure.
- Relentless pursuit of automated solutions to manual processes.
- Excellent communication skills to translate technical logic into business outcomes.
