Responsibilities
- Install, configure, implement, troubleshoot, and maintain Identity and Access Management services.
- Document IAM runbooks, playbooks, administration tasks, and audit evidence.
- Integrate applications and runtime environments with the IAM platform in collaboration with Application, IT, Infrastructure, and Support teams.
- Delegate IAM tasks to Tier 1 and Tier 2 support and provide primary Level 3 support for IAM issues.
- Automate operational workflows, rule tuning, and reporting using scripting and API-based integrations.
- Customize Joiner, Mover, and Leaver processes, workflows, rules, connectors, and plugins, including SailPoint solutions using Java.
- Support production change management and ensure compliance with security policies, regulatory requirements, and audit standards.
- Contribute to architecture reviews, technology evaluations, continuous improvement, and IAM security posture initiatives.
- Mentor team members and promote knowledge sharing, automation-first security practices, and technical best practices.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in full-stack development and deployment.
- Strong Java expertise and analytical problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern JavaScript frameworks or libraries such as React, Angular, and Vue.js.
- Proficiency with back-end technologies such as Node.js, Python, and Java.
- Strong understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases, including MySQL and PostgreSQL.
- Experience with Git, application authorization and authentication integrations, Amazon Web Services, Kubernetes, Docker, and orchestration technologies.
- Experience onboarding connector types and working with Active Directory, JDBC, Web Services, SCIM 2.0, delimited connectors, AWS, and Azure.
- Experience writing custom workflows and rules and implementing custom connectors and plugins.
- Experience customizing SailPoint solutions using Java and proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar.
- Experience with IAM tools such as CyberArk, Ping, Okta, and RSA SecurID is advantageous.
- Broad understanding of organizational IAM programs and strong interpersonal, communication, collaboration, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to balance strategic initiatives with hands-on technical execution and handle strong-minded customers professionally.
- Experience with Agile software development methodologies.
