Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and support full-stack applications with a primary focus on Java/Python backend development, API design, system integrations, and database solutions.
- Collaborate with frontend teams using Angular and JavaScript to deliver scalable and maintainable business applications.
- Work with MS SQL Server and PostgreSQL and build or improve CI/CD pipelines for application and operations workflows.
- Diagnose and resolve complex application, infrastructure, and production issues.
- Establish best practices for reliability, observability, maintainability, and production support.
- Lead complex refactors, collaborate across teams to resolve dependencies, and champion quality.
- Use AI coding assistants, agents, and modern IDEs to improve developer productivity, quality, and delivery velocity.
Requirements
- 10+ years of professional experience in software engineering, full-stack development, or IT systems delivery.
- Strong experience with frontend development using Angular and JavaScript.
- Experience with backend application development and system integration using Java and Python.
- Experience with MS SQL Server and PostgreSQL.
- Experience using AI-assisted coding tools, coding assistants, agents, and modern IDE integrations.
- Proven experience with Git and collaborative development practices.
- Experience building or working with CI/CD pipelines.
- A bachelor's degree is desirable.
