Responsibilities
- Own and evolve full-stack application architecture built on .NET and Angular/React, focusing on scalability, maintainability, resilience, and quality by design.
- Design microservice-based, event-driven, distributed systems with asynchronous patterns, service decomposition, API contracts, data modeling, and system integration patterns.
- Define AI-first engineering standards and SDLC practices using AI-powered development, code-review, and test-generation tools.
- Lead architecture-level quality engineering, including test automation, contract testing, performance/load testing, observability, fault isolation, graceful degradation, and CI/CD quality gates.
- Establish coding standards, design patterns, architectural decision records, system design documentation, runbooks, and quality engineering playbooks.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineering leads, QA leadership, and business stakeholders to create technical solutions and architectural roadmaps.
- Review system designs, conduct architecture reviews, drive cross-team technical alignment, and address architectural debt and quality risks.
- Mentor and coach senior and mid-level engineers on architecture, quality engineering, AI tool adoption, and full-stack development.
- Evaluate emerging technologies, AI/ML frameworks, cloud-native patterns, and quality tools to improve engineering velocity, reliability, and product quality.
- Champion continuous improvement through blameless postmortems, quality retrospectives, and proactive quality-risk management.
