Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of large-scale, complex software systems focused on availability, scalability, reliability, and end-user efficiency.
- Lead cross-functional teams through concept, development, deployment, and post-launch monitoring.
- Collaborate with solution managers, designers, data scientists, and stakeholders to define requirements and technical solutions.
- Provide technical guidance to experienced engineers and leaders and promote knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
- Drive adoption of engineering best practices, automated testing, continuous integration and delivery, code quality, and operational reliability.
- Research and evaluate technologies, tools, AI capabilities, and methodologies to improve solution efficiency, scalability, and performance.
- Use AI tools and platforms in daily work to enhance decision-making and streamline workflows.
- Work additional or irregular hours as needed and comply with applicable security policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
- 12–15 years of related work experience.
- Proficiency with C#, SQL Server, Vue, and VB.NET.
- Proficiency with cloud technologies, preferably GCP.
- Hands-on experience with Claude Code or similar AI tooling.
- Healthcare industry experience is preferred.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and able to sit and view a computer screen for extended periods.
