Responsibilities
- Lead the design and architecture of major systems and services.
- Build and optimize scalable, reliable, maintainable software solutions across the software development lifecycle.
- Collaborate with solution managers, engineers, data scientists, and stakeholders to define and prioritize technical requirements.
- Identify and resolve complex, high-priority issues in development and production environments.
- Provide technical guidance, mentoring, code reviews, and constructive feedback to other engineers.
- Evaluate and implement technologies, methodologies, and AI capabilities that improve efficiency and software performance.
- Ensure functional and performance requirements are met through rigorous automated unit, integration, and other testing.
- Work additional or irregular hours as needed and follow applicable security policies to safeguard company and client information.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
- 8–12 years of related work experience.
- Proficiency in C#/.NET and PostgreSQL or SQL.
- Proficiency in cloud technologies, preferably GCP.
- Experience with React or Angular.
- Experience with Playwright or similar automated testing tools.
- Healthcare financial industry experience is preferred.
- Understanding of Azure, CI/CD, and Terraform is preferred.
- Experience with monitoring tools, preferably New Relic, is preferred.
- Must be able to sit and view a computer screen for extended periods.
