Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain production ML pipelines for data ingestion, training, validation, and deployment.
- Identify and fix performance bottlenecks in ML training and inference.
- Collaborate with software engineers to integrate ML solutions into products and services.
- Work with data scientists to transition research prototypes into scalable solutions.
- Collaborate with MLOps and platform teams to integrate effectively with current tools.
- Support and encourage good engineering practices on product ML teams.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in the machine learning domain.
- 5 years of experience with programming languages such as Java, C/C++, or Python.
- 5 years of experience in software development and testing.
- Experience building and deploying ML systems in production.
- Strong understanding of software engineering practices and MLOps principles.
- Familiarity with data science toolkits in Python, including TensorFlow and PyTorch.
- Experience with ML infrastructure components like Kubernetes and Docker.
- Proactive leadership in projects from ideation to deployment.
