Responsibilities

Act as the technical reference for Strategy & Operations teams on automation and AI initiatives.
Gather process requirements, identify friction points, and manage a prioritized automation backlog independently.
Design and deploy complex, multi-tool N8N automation flows with conditional logic, error handling, and AI agents where appropriate.
Create AI agents and skills using Dust, N8N, and Notion Agent for Sales and Customer Success processes.
Connect business tools using REST APIs and webhooks without relying on software developers.
Document delivered solutions so Strategy & Operations and the Automation team can maintain and evolve them.
Help Strategy & Operations teams become autonomous on simple automations.
Share practices and contribute to the collective growth of the Growth & Automation team.

Strong command of automation tools, with N8N required, including complex multi-tool flow architectures, conditional logic, and error handling.
Practical experience creating AI agents and integrating them into automation flows, including Dust, LLMs, or N8N agents.
Good knowledge of REST APIs and webhooks.
Ability to independently manage, prioritize, deliver, and iterate on a project backlog.
Ability to translate non-technical business needs into practical technical solutions.
3–5 years of experience in automation, Growth Engineering, technical operations, development, or an equivalent field.
Experience in a B2B SaaS environment.
Experience with Sales tools such as Salesforce, Lemlist, Modjo, or equivalents is preferred.
Experience in Strategy & Operations, go-to-market, or Growth in a high-growth company is preferred.
Exposure to Dust and/or Notion Agent is preferred.
Knowledge of the Experts-Comptables sales cycle or another long B2B sales cycle is preferred.
