Responsibilities
- Design and develop Salesforce OmniStudio solutions using OmniScripts, FlexCards, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures, Calculation Procedures, and Data Mappers.
- Build scalable and reusable components supporting business processes.
- Integrate Salesforce with internal and external applications through REST and SOAP APIs.
- Develop custom solutions using Apex, Triggers, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce Flows.
- Gather requirements and design solutions in collaboration with architects, business analysts, and stakeholders.
- Optimize OmniStudio components for performance and scalability.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues.
- Participate in code reviews and follow Salesforce development best practices.
- Support Agile development and deployment activities.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of Salesforce development experience.
- At least 2 years of hands-on Salesforce OmniStudio/Vlocity experience.
- Strong expertise with OmniScripts, FlexCards, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures, Calculation Procedures, and Data Mappers.
- Experience with Apex, Triggers, SOQL, SOSL, and Lightning Web Components.
- Hands-on experience with REST and SOAP integrations.
- Understanding of the Salesforce Security Model and Sharing Rules.
- Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Preferred experience with Salesforce Industries/Vlocity, Agentforce, Experience Cloud, large-scale Salesforce transformation projects, and banking, financial services, telecom, or insurance domains.
- Preferred Salesforce OmniStudio Developer Certification and Salesforce Platform Developer I or II Certification.
- Preferred exposure to Copado, Gearset, or Jenkins.
