Responsibilities
- Lead POD activities and solution architecture for HighRadius projects.
- Conduct requirements gathering, as-is and to-be design sessions, and customer demonstrations.
- Own business process design and solution development for assigned projects.
- Document future-state solutions and processes, identify solution gaps, and develop gap-closure options.
- Present processes, solution options, recommendations, implications, and risks to customer stakeholders.
- Interact directly with executives and stakeholders to secure agreement and customer buy-in.
- Maintain relationships with product teams, engineering teams, and client subject-matter experts.
- Use established frameworks for requirements gathering, design documentation, and sign-off.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Automation and Robotics, Computer Science, Electronics and Communication Engineering, or Information Technology, or a master’s degree in Software Engineering.
- High experience in the Finance and Accounting domain, with Order-to-Cash or Accounts Receivable experience required.
- Knowledge of the HighRadius tool.
- Relevant experience as a Solution Architect, Business Architect, Accounts Receivable Analyst, Accounts Receivable Manager, or equivalent role demonstrating management and leadership experience.
- Customer interaction and executive-level communication skills.
- Exposure to integration mechanisms and good knowledge of SQL.
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills.
- Working knowledge of ERP systems such as Oracle and SAP or SaaS solutions.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
- Certifications listed include AZ-204 Microsoft Azure Developer Associate, ISTQB Certified Tester, Microsoft Power Platform App Maker Associate, and Oracle Certified Professional Java SE 8 Programmer I.
