Responsibilities
- Lead the design, build, configuration, and delivery of Salesforce applications as the primary contact for business and development teams.
- Understand requirements and produce solution designs, high-level architecture, documentation, estimates, proofs of concept, and business demonstrations.
- Drive Salesforce greenfield implementations across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud, and integrations.
- Implement Salesforce design patterns, application best practices, data-volume strategies, and configurations aligned with business and application requirements.
- Provide technical solutions, resolve problems, optimize application performance, and contribute to decisions across multiple teams.
- Manage project risks, issues, delivery tracking, status reporting, timelines, quality standards, and team coordination.
- Lead knowledge-sharing sessions and collaborate with teams to improve capabilities and delivery outcomes.
Requirements
- A minimum of 7.5 years of experience is required, with 8–10 years of experience in Salesforce development projects preferred or required elsewhere in the posting.
- At least 8 years of experience in Salesforce Technical Architecture is required.
- At least 5 years of experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Experience Cloud as a Technical Architect is required.
- Solution Architect experience and proficiency in Salesforce Technical Architecture are required.
- Expertise in Salesforce CPQ, integrations, LWC, customization, design patterns, large-volume data management, and governor limits is required.
- Salesforce Application Architect or Salesforce System Architect certification is required.
- Strong understanding of application design principles, Salesforce ecosystem integration techniques, application performance optimization, and project management tools is required.
- The candidate must have 15 years of full-time education.
