Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimize Java Spring Boot applications and microservices for enterprise-scale digital products and platforms.
- Build and maintain RESTful APIs, integrations, and reusable software components.
- Improve application performance, scalability, reliability, and security through testing, troubleshooting, optimization, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with architects, developers, product teams, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Support deployments, code reviews, technical documentation, and secure coding practices across multiple environments.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of hands-on experience developing enterprise applications using Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture.
- Strong expertise building RESTful APIs, integrations, and distributed systems using modern software development practices.
- Experience with relational or NoSQL databases, transaction management, automated testing frameworks, and application performance tuning.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills in complex application environments.
- Excellent communication skills and experience working effectively in Agile and cross-functional teams.
- Experience in Cards & Payments, including authorization, settlement, fraud prevention, or transaction processing, is preferred.
- Knowledge of Kafka, event-driven architecture, Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, or Azure is preferred.
- Experience with digital transformation, modernization, or cloud migration initiatives and relevant Java, cloud, or microservices certifications are preferred.
