Responsibilities
- Design, build, and evolve scalable frontend features and shared UI libraries using React and TypeScript.
- Architect and evolve the micro frontend platform using module federation so teams can ship independently while maintaining consistency.
- Lead cross-team frontend initiatives and drive projects from concept through production with customer and business impact.
- Use AI tools and agentic workflows for code generation, automated testing, documentation, and autonomous task execution.
- Own frontend pipelines in GitHub Actions, including testing, linting, bundling, and deployment automation.
- Improve frontend performance, accessibility, testing, and engineering standards.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers across product areas.
- Mentor engineers through technical leadership, code reviews, and knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- Proven experience building production-grade frontend applications and working across architecture and implementation.
- Deep expertise in React and TypeScript, with the ability to write maintainable, testable, and performant code at scale.
- Active daily experience using AI tools such as Copilot, Cursor, Claude, or agentic frameworks in a reliable and reviewable engineering workflow.
- Experience with monorepo tooling such as Nx or Turborepo and with structuring shared libraries and enforcing boundaries.
- Experience owning frontend CI/CD pipelines in GitHub Actions.
- Collaborative, product-minded approach and willingness to work across the stack when needed.
- Familiarity with backend APIs, server-side rendering, or mobile web is a plus.
