Base Salary

$93k - $210k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Own and evolve a bounded platform service component for multi-tenant use.
  • Develop secure, scalable, robust AI agents and platform software aligned with established architecture.
  • Debug distributed services and product issues, develop compatibility-safe fixes, and protect downstream consumers.
  • Design and implement API versioning, lifecycle, interoperability, resilience, capacity, performance, and scalability improvements.
  • Perform functional and non-functional testing, logging, monitoring, observability, maintenance, patching, and reliability improvements.
  • Lead code reviews, maintain documentation and code samples, and provide adoption guidance to team consumers.
  • Collaborate across teams and support customer-reported issues, product enhancements, and defect-handling processes.
  • Manage work independently, prioritize deliverables, contribute to continuous improvement, and mentor or guide others.

Requirements

  • Working knowledge of software development, architecture, design specifications, testing, debugging, APIs, and software lifecycle practices.
  • Ability to independently design moderately complex software solutions and resolve standard and non-standard technical issues.
  • Experience applying secure coding practices, quality standards, performance profiling, optimization, monitoring, and observability.
  • Ability to collaborate across Science, Product, Engineering, customer, and stakeholder teams.
  • Ability to communicate technical solutions, contribute to documentation and knowledge sharing, and provide guidance to others.
