Responsibilities
- Set the end-to-end architecture for agentic software delivery, the developer portal, and the governed AI marketplace.
- Build reference implementations for agent orchestration, AI governance, Knowledge Graph grounding, and agent-enabled golden paths.
- Establish governed model access, policy enforcement, and usage controls across developer AI tooling and agents.
- Define platform standards for SDKs, connectors, MCP servers, plugins, agents, and marketplace contributions.
- Connect CI/CD, cloud landing zones, Backstage, and AI capabilities into a secure developer platform.
- Partner with Security Engineering on SLSA provenance, SBOMs, policy-as-code, and AI supply chain controls.
- Resolve technical decisions spanning platform, AI, security, and business-unit engineering teams.
- Represent the platform's technical direction to senior leaders, engineering teams, and external industry audiences.
Requirements
- 8+ years of technology experience.
- 3+ years as a Senior Architect or equivalent technical leadership experience.
- Recent hands-on experience building developer platforms and AI-native engineering systems.
- Experience designing and operating enterprise-scale internal developer platforms.
- Experience building CI/CD pipelines, golden paths, and cloud-native landing zones.
- Production experience with agent orchestration, agentic workflows, and SDLC agents.
- Experience with enterprise retrieval, grounding, Knowledge Graphs, and prompt and context engineering.
- Experience integrating AI tools through MCP servers, connectors, APIs, or similar frameworks.
- Experience implementing SLSA, SBOMs, policy-as-code, and secure software supply chain practices.
