Responsibilities
- Define, package, launch, and evolve Testlio’s payments-testing services, including catalog, methodology, staffing, pricing, and delivery approaches.
- Develop and evangelize the future vision for payments testing through white papers, articles, speeches, webinars, and conference participation.
- Collaborate with alliances, software partners, consultancies, and sales teams on joint go-to-market offerings and enterprise opportunities.
- Engage directly with clients to provide technical discovery, architectural guidance, payments-testing strategies, and ROI recommendations.
- Design bespoke quality-engineering methodologies for agentic payments, mobile payments, wallets, point-of-sale systems, and other transaction platforms.
- Serve as an escalation point and subject-matter expert from engagement scoping through test-execution review.
- Troubleshoot payment integrations and technical quality-engineering roadblocks while ensuring transaction integrity, security, and compliance.
- Lead and inspire distributed cross-functional teams without direct people-management responsibility.
Requirements
- 10+ years of deep experience with digital payment systems, including mobile payments, online banking, payment gateways, wallets, and point-of-sale systems.
- Strong technical affinity for quality engineering, API integrations, and software development methodologies in the financial sector.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze technical architectures, troubleshoot payment integrations, and design evaluation criteria for complex transaction flows.
- Proven client-facing experience in management consulting or managed services, with the ability to lead technical discovery.
- Experience designing service offerings, understanding cost-to-serve dynamics, and collaborating with sales and partners.
- Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, systems-thinking, and cross-functional collaboration capabilities.
- A master’s degree in Finance, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
