Responsibilities
- Own and ship the internal AI automation roadmap.
- Build agentic workflows using LangChain, LangGraph, or equivalent frameworks.
- Integrate Anthropic and OpenAI APIs, including tool use, function calling, and streaming.
- Develop internal tools and automation pipelines for WordPress, Figma, Google Workspace, and internal CMS/component-library workflows.
- Build MCP server integrations and other production systems on top of existing AI models.
- Provide examples of shipped AI or automation systems during the application process.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of production software development experience with Python or Node.js.
- Hands-on experience with LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar agent frameworks.
- Proven API integration experience with OpenAI or Anthropic, including function calling, tool use, and streaming.
- Strong understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, and basic cloud deployment.
- Solid version-control practices and English proficiency for async written communication with a US-based team.
- Preferred experience with WordPress or PHP, Figma APIs or design tooling, Google Apps Script or Workspace automation, web production or digital agencies, and n8n, Make, or similar workflow automation platforms.
