Responsibilities
- Identify, design, and build AI/ML, LLM, agent, RPA, and workflow automation solutions that address business needs and reduce manual effort.
- Develop, integrate, and deploy models and automation workflows into production systems, data sources, and APIs.
- Build and maintain prompt engineering, retrieval, and evaluation pipelines for AI output quality and reliability.
- Monitor, test, and improve deployed solutions using performance, cost, latency, accuracy, and user feedback metrics.
- Partner with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize use cases, document solutions, and enable adoption.
- Apply responsible-AI, security, compliance, data privacy, bias mitigation, access control, and PII protection practices.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Python.
- Experience with AI/ML frameworks, LLM APIs such as OpenAI and Anthropic, automation and orchestration tools such as n8n, Make/Zapier, and Airflow, and workflow/RPA platforms.
- Familiarity with a major cloud platform, APIs, webhooks, and Git.
- Knowledge of applied machine learning, generative AI, prompting, retrieval-augmented generation, embeddings, fine-tuning, agent frameworks, integration patterns, and production monitoring.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, collaboration, curiosity, learning agility, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Experience in fintech or high-volume environments is valued.
- Experience with vector databases, MLOps/LLMOps, data engineering, integrations, the Zoho ecosystem or similar platforms, and a similar AI/Automation Engineer role is desirable.
- Intermediate or advanced English is desirable; Portuguese is a plus.
