Responsibilities
- Build AI-powered prospecting and SDR tools, including agents and workflows that find, qualify, and engage prospects and schedule meetings.
- Own onboarding, activation, retention, email, WhatsApp, and push lifecycle automations using Customer.io and internal data.
- Design lead scoring, routing, and SDR-to-AE handoff systems.
- Prototype and validate internal tools quickly against pipeline and activation metrics, scaling successful solutions.
- Partner with Sales, SDR leadership, Lifecycle, and Data/Engineering teams to identify and deploy valuable automations.
- Use Metabase, HubSpot, and Customer.io data to measure CAC payback, meetings booked, activation rate, and pipeline generated.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience building automation, internal tools, or AI-powered products using APIs, LLMs, or agent frameworks.
- Experience with workflow and automation platforms such as n8n, Zapier, or Make, and integrating APIs across CRM, marketing automation, and sales systems.
- Working familiarity with HubSpot, Customer.io, Salesforce, or similar CRM and lifecycle platforms.
- Ability to read and write basic Python or JavaScript scripts, or work closely with engineers to ship solutions.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills, including explaining technical work to non-technical stakeholders and executives.
- Preferred: experience in Lifecycle Marketing, RevOps, Sales Engineering, Product, or Software Engineering.
- Preferred: experience with Amplemarket, Clay, Apollo, or similar sales engagement and AI prospecting tools.
- Preferred: experience with OpenAI or Anthropic LLM APIs and prompt engineering.
- Preferred: B2B SaaS or fintech experience, startup or small-team experience, and Portuguese proficiency.
