Base Salary
$125k - $160k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead discovery and design of end-to-end payment, reconciliation, and ledger systems.
- Drive onboarding from solution design through launch.
- Guide architecture decisions across scalability, reliability, and complexity.
- Troubleshoot complex issues across APIs and production systems.
- Partner cross-functionally to deliver solutions and improve the product.
- Act as the voice of the customer by identifying product gaps and opportunities.
Requirements
- 3+ years in customer-facing technical roles such as Solutions Architect or Solutions Engineer.
- Strong experience with REST APIs and system design.
- Comfortable debugging issues across integrations and production systems.
- Ability to lead technical discovery, architecture discussions, and manage technical stakeholders.
- Experience using AI agents in a work environment.
- Experience writing code or building applications is a plus.
- Background in fintech, payments, or financial systems is a plus.
- Familiarity with ledgering, reconciliation, or accounting concepts is a plus.
