Responsibilities
- Design and implement automated testing solutions for web applications, APIs, and backend services.
- Develop and maintain test automation frameworks and validation tools using Python in Linux environments.
- Create automated tests for functional, integration, and regression validation of software systems.
- Define and implement testing strategies for product features and services.
- Integrate automated validation into CI/CD pipelines for efficient release processes.
- Investigate complex test failures and support root cause analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure clear requirements and validation strategies.
- Apply Generative AI tools to enhance software development workflows.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience in software development, test automation, or validation tooling.
- Proficiency in designing automated testing solutions using Python in Linux environments.
- Experience developing or improving test automation frameworks.
- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies.
- Experience validating web applications, APIs, and distributed services.
- Demonstrated experience integrating automated validation into CI/CD pipelines.
- Proficiency with Git-based version control and issue tracking systems like Jira.
- Strong debugging and analytical skills.
