Base Salary
$95k - $176k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead the design of end-to-end AI solution reference architectures integrating data pipelines, model training, deployment, and monitoring.
- Define AI and data architecture capabilities, principles, standards, guidelines, infrastructure requirements, and technical roadmaps.
- Advise business, development, and internal stakeholders on AI, machine learning, data architecture, solution design, and technology adoption.
- Validate solution architectures and project deliverables against governance standards, policies, regulatory directives, and target-state architecture.
- Evaluate tools, platforms, and frameworks for scalable, performant, secure AI systems and conduct research and proof-of-concept initiatives.
- Support enterprise data acquisition, processing, utilization, and AI platform initiatives while identifying opportunities to improve data architecture.
- Maintain stakeholder relationships and monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to inform strategic recommendations.
- Continue hands-on engineering and coding work to align business needs with technology solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or Engineering.
- 10+ years of combined experience in software development, data engineering, architecture, and Artificial Intelligence.
- At least 5 years of experience as a Data Architect and 2+ years delivering production AI architectures.
- At least 3 years of experience with AWS Cloud and current hands-on coding capability, including Python.
- Production-grade experience delivering AI solutions, including GenAI, LLMs, or reinforcement learning environments.
- Proven experience architecting and deploying AI/ML solutions and knowledge of machine learning frameworks, cloud platforms, and MLOps tools.
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and other relevant programming languages, with familiarity with APIs and microservices.
- Experience implementing disruptive technologies, complex and high-volume cloud implementations, and data architecture practices.
- Knowledge of financial-industry business domains, financial-services data consumption use cases, and architecture frameworks, methodologies, and tools.
- Preferred certifications in cloud architecture or AI/ML.
