Base Salary
$137k - $244k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement Kubernetes platform solutions, infrastructure automation, CI/CD pipelines, and observability tools.
- Build and maintain highly available, scalable, secure platform components for Prism Analytics and Workday Federal deployments.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, and application deployments using Terraform and Argo CD.
- Enhance monitoring, alerting, tracing, and reliability for internal and production analytics services.
- Provide platform troubleshooting and support while collaborating with development and engineering teams.
- Implement security best practices and maintain compliance with applicable standards.
- Participate in and facilitate production on-call duties and reliability events.
- Create platform documentation, share knowledge, and help set technical direction with the SRE team.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on infrastructure experience in on-premises or cloud environments, including systems architecture, networking, and security.
- 5+ years of experience with at least one programming language, preferably GoLang or Python.
- 2+ years of experience with Kubernetes concepts, architecture, and administration.
- 3+ years of production experience with AWS cloud services.
- Proficiency with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform and CI/CD tools such as Argo CD.
- Experience with ORM, big data technologies, data pipelines, and data lake architecture.
- A bachelor's degree in a computer-related field or equivalent work experience.
- Preferred qualifications include DoD 8570/8140-compliant IAT Level II certification with a current Computing Environment credential and an approved specialty certification such as CompTIA CySA+, GICSP, or CASP+.
- Experience with Prometheus, Grafana, Apache Spark, Docker, security auditing, and compliance frameworks is preferred.
- Applicants must be U.S. citizens and able to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance; an active TS/SCI with CI Poly is preferred.
