Responsibilities
- Lead automation roadmaps, strategies, and account automation plans across business units.
- Assess and shortlist accounts, understand automation requirements, and drive automation maturity.
- Align customers on Wipro’s automation capabilities and expected ROI.
- Ensure contractual commitments, project scope, requirements, software, and infrastructure implementation are delivered.
- Develop scalable dashboards and process-support systems for automation monitoring.
- Review project progress, status against plans, and successful rollouts.
- Resolve complex escalations involving operations, production, quality control, schedules, and maintenance.
- Identify automation trends, technologies, ways of working, and team capability gaps.
- Manage access controls for export-controlled, proprietary, and sensitive project information.
- Maintain customer relationships, collect feedback, and coordinate internal resources to close delivery gaps.
Requirements
- Mandatory skill: test automation.
- 5–8 years of professional experience.
- Experience leading automation initiatives, roadmaps, or account-level delivery efforts.
- Ability to manage customer relationships, requirements, escalations, project plans, and contractual commitments.
