Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive test plans and strategies for software functionality and quality compliance.
- Create and execute automated test scripts using BDD/Gherkin, Selenium, and other testing tools and frameworks.
- Design and execute end-to-end test plans and cases for distributed systems, blockchain platforms, APIs, and wallets.
- Perform performance, resilience, failover, and security testing for regulated digital asset environments.
- Build API automation frameworks using Python or Java, including CI/CD integration.
- Manage test environments spanning payment schemes, blockchain networks, and backend services.
- Collaborate on requirements, design discussions, acceptance criteria, code reviews, defect analysis, and root-cause investigations.
- Work with developers and cross-functional teams to resolve defects and improve testing processes.
- Contribute to technology communities, knowledge sharing, risk mitigation, controls, policies, and operational effectiveness.
- Lead complex collaborative assignments and guide team members where applicable.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of test automation tools and frameworks, including BDD/Gherkin and Selenium.
- Experience designing and executing end-to-end testing for distributed systems, blockchain platforms, APIs, and wallets.
- Understanding of performance, resilience, failover, and security testing in regulated digital asset environments.
- Understanding of payment systems and digital assets is desirable.
- Experience managing test environments across payment schemes, blockchain networks, and backend services is desirable.
- Experience building API automation frameworks using Python or Java with CI/CD integration is desirable.
- Ability to collaborate across functions, analyze complex information, communicate effectively, and influence stakeholders.
- Ability to manage risk, strengthen controls, and contribute to change and transformation initiatives.
