Responsibilities
- Own the technical systems that move members through the activation funnel.
- Identify and fix funnel drop-off points through data analysis.
- Design and maintain the member activation pipeline for structured onboarding.
- Build tooling to improve information flow and reduce manual work.
- Maintain integrations across internal and external tools.
- Write production-grade code and automation using Python, SQL, and APIs.
- Leverage AI tools to enhance automation and problem-solving.
- Ensure data quality and system reliability.
- Translate operational problems into technical solutions.
- Document workflows and system architecture for team knowledge.
- Work with Care Coordinators to identify automation opportunities.
- Contribute to sprint planning and roadmap prioritization.
- Build dashboards for real-time visibility into funnel performance.
Requirements
- Technically autonomous with experience in building tools and writing production code.
- Fluent in Python, SQL, REST APIs, and low-code/no-code platforms.
- Operationally literate with a strong understanding of process design.
- Strong systems thinker focused on scalable solutions.
- AI-native, utilizing LLMs for efficiency in development.
- Clear communicator able to bridge technical and operational discussions.
- High ownership orientation with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
