Responsibilities
- Contribute to the internal platform-as-a-service used by application and service developers.
- Build and maintain tooling that improves developer workflows, deployment reliability, and productivity.
- Collaborate with platform and application engineers to identify friction points and implement incremental improvements.
- Apply best practices for infrastructure-as-code, containerized workloads, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Explore AI-assisted development tools and LLM-powered solutions for internal support and operational workflows.
- Propose ideas and improvements with support and mentorship from experienced teammates.
Requirements
- At least two years of software development and infrastructure experience with significant contributions.
- Experience with AWS or another cloud provider.
- Experience with container orchestration, CI/CD, or production observability; deep expertise is not required.
- Ability to break down problems and implement solutions with guidance.
- Strong developer empathy and interest in improving developer experience.
