Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design, implement, document, test, debug, and maintain software applications and backend services.
- Build services supporting cross-border transaction processing, settlement workflows, and partner integrations.
- Develop scalable, secure, resilient software for high-volume distributed financial systems.
- Analyze requirements, prepare technical specifications and design documents, and contribute to software design meetings.
- Perform code reviews, troubleshoot errors, evaluate technologies, and support existing products and new customer-requested features.
- Create and maintain test strategies, plans, cases, scripts, and metrics across functional, load, UI, performance, regression, and integration testing.
- Support UAT and production applications and respond to operational situations within required deadlines.
- Mentor and monitor Software Engineers in the technical aspects of their assignments.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and/or 2 or more years of related industry experience.
- At least 2 years of competent programming experience in Java, C#, C++, or Objective-C.
- Competence with SQL or PL/SQL, relational database concepts, source code control systems, and secure programming techniques.
- Knowledge of Unix/Linux command-line tools, scripting, automated deployments, distributed component-based architecture, networking or telecommunications protocols, asynchronous programming, and multithreading.
- Experience with automated functional testing frameworks such as Cucumber or Selenium and with unit, functional, load, UI, performance, regression, and system integration testing.
- Understanding of software design, OOA/OOD, UML, web services, SOA frameworks, software environments, and network topologies.
- Experience building or supporting payment systems, financial-services platforms, or highly available regulated distributed systems.
- Familiarity with cross-border payment flows, digital assets, or blockchain-enabled technologies and related security and compliance considerations.
- Ability to elicit requirements, estimate project activities, collaborate in iterative development processes, and mentor engineers; QA/QC certifications are preferred.
