Senior Customer AI Engineer

Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary technical contact for assigned customer accounts, supporting integrations, configurations, and advanced technical questions.
- Support RFP and RFI responses by expanding technical sections and improving internal processes.
- Guide customer integrations involving APIs, data feeds, product catalogs, and other platform dependencies.
- Design and support custom dashboards, data exports, and bespoke workflows.
- Partner with customers on optimization measurement, automation, and performance validation.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, sales, and customer success to communicate feedback and inform roadmap priorities.
- Identify opportunities for account expansion and deeper platform adoption through technical use cases and optimization strategies.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in a Technical Account Manager, Solutions Engineer, Customer Engineer, or similar client-facing technical role.
- Strong hands-on experience with APIs, data feeds, and system integrations.
- Solid AI and AI/ML proficiency, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Working knowledge of databases, data management, and analytics concepts.
- Experience driving value and adoption in Fortune 500 or global enterprise accounts.
- Ability to operate in ambiguous, fast-paced startup environments and build or improve processes as the company scales.
- Exceptional written, verbal, and visual communication skills with stakeholders at all levels.
- Consultative, customer-first mindset with a track record of delivering outcomes.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and learn new tools, processes, or technologies.
