Responsibilities
- Support the technical relationship for assigned customer accounts.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for integrations and advanced technical questions.
- Assist in RFP and RFI responses by expanding technical sections.
- Guide customer integrations, including APIs and data feeds.
- Design and support custom technical solutions tailored to customer needs.
- Partner with customers on optimization measurement and performance validation.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, sales, and customer success teams.
- Identify opportunities for account expansion and deeper platform adoption.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5+ years in a client-facing technical role, ideally in SaaS, AI, or marketing technology.
- Strong hands-on experience with APIs, data feeds, and system integrations.
- Solid proficiency in AI and AI/ML concepts.
- Working knowledge of databases and analytics concepts.
- Proven ability to drive value in Fortune 500 accounts.
- Comfortable operating in ambiguous environments.
- Exceptional communication skills with stakeholders at all levels.
- A consultative, customer-first mindset with a track record of delivering outcomes.
- Experience in fast-paced, startup environments with cross-functional collaboration.
