Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and re-engineer complex Salesforce application components and reusable solutions.
- Design and build Salesforce GovCloud integrations and scalable enterprise solutions.
- Develop with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, HTML5, JavaScript, and CSS.
- Administer Salesforce Sales Cloud, including objects, validation rules, workflow rules, process automation, reports, and dashboards.
- Configure and administer Salesforce CPQ, including product rules, price rules, approval processes, document generation, and dynamic options.
- Participate in Salesforce CI/CD processes, Agile/Scrum activities, testing, releases, upgrades, implementations, and production support.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, QA teams, Scrum Masters, business stakeholders, and global teams.
- Assess solution performance, support usability testing and data analytics interpretation, and improve Salesforce capabilities.
- Ensure solutions comply with technical, security, and compliance standards.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of hands-on Salesforce.com experience.
- Strong experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
- Proven Salesforce development experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, HTML5, JavaScript, and CSS.
- Strong understanding of APIs, web services, and Apex callouts.
- Experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud/Communities and Salesforce CPQ configuration and administration.
- Experience with VS Code, Force.com IDE, Change Sets, and Selenium.
- Experience with implementations, upgrades, releases, production support, and Salesforce development and deployment.
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and Salesforce business processes involving Opportunities, Products, and Cases.
- Ability to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions and work independently with limited supervision.
- BE/B.Tech/ME/M.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related STEM discipline; equivalent relevant education and experience may be considered.
- Preferred Salesforce Platform Developer I/DEV 501 and Advanced Systems Administrator certifications.
- Preferred experience with complex Salesforce GovCloud integrations, large-scale enterprise Salesforce environments, CI/CD automation, and geographically distributed teams.
