Responsibilities
- Design, develop, operate, and improve ServiceNow integrations with enterprise systems, partner platforms, monitoring tools, and OSS/BSS applications.
- Use APIs, Integration Hub, and MID Servers to enable data exchange and process orchestration.
- Perform integration onboarding, operational support, troubleshooting, monitoring, and documentation.
- Implement API security using OAuth 2.0, mutual TLS, SSL certificates, and token management.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Integration Hub and platform integration.
- Expertise with REST APIs, TMF Open APIs, SOAP web services, Scripted REST APIs, and transform maps.
- Experience installing, configuring, troubleshooting, and supporting MID Servers.
- JavaScript scripting skills on the ServiceNow platform.
- Experience in telecom, OSS/BSS, service assurance, or network engineering environments.
- Basic networking knowledge covering DNS, proxies, firewalls, and connectivity troubleshooting.
- Preferred certifications include ServiceNow Certified Application Developer, ServiceNow Integration Hub Micro-Certification, ITIL 4 Foundation, Apigee or MuleSoft API Management, Azure or AWS Cloud Integration, and CCNA.
