Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain production-grade automation workflows using n8n or Make.com.
- Use AI tools to accelerate GTM operations and identify automation opportunities in B2B contexts.
- Write SQL and Python to collect, transform, and visualize data for strategic decision-making.
- Build and maintain reporting infrastructure using Looker Studio or Snowflake.
- Identify process inefficiencies and develop clean, maintainable technical solutions.
- Independently drive strategic projects and communicate progress and outcomes to stakeholders.
Requirements
- 1 to 3 years of professional experience in GTM operations, growth, or data analytics.
- Hands-on production experience building and owning workflows with automation platforms such as n8n or Make.com.
- Strong data skills with SQL, Python, and BI tools such as Looker Studio or Snowflake.
- Active use of AI tools such as Claude or ChatGPT to accelerate work.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in a fast-paced startup, consulting, or finance environment.
- Systems-thinking approach with the ability to build durable, well-structured solutions.
- Prior B2B SaaS experience or experience building a process or system from scratch is preferred.
- Native or C2-level German and professional written and spoken English.
- Based in Berlin or willing to relocate for a hybrid work arrangement.
