Responsibilities
- Design, build, and configure applications and Workday integrations to meet business and application requirements.
- Act as a subject matter expert, collaborate with and manage the team, and make team-level decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems across immediate and multiple teams and contribute to key decisions.
- Identify and implement improvements in application design and deployment.
- Troubleshoot complex integration issues and configure applications for diverse business requirements.
- Mentor junior team members and coordinate cross-functional communication on project goals and deliverables.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Workday Core Integrations.
- Proficiency in Workday Core Integrations.
- Strong knowledge of enterprise integration design principles and best practices.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues.
- Experience configuring and customizing applications to meet business requirements.
- Familiarity with the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
- Workday Studio and Workday Orchestrate experience are good-to-have qualifications.
