Responsibilities
- Define the enterprise-wide DevOps architectural strategy and long-term roadmap.
- Advocate for modern DevOps practices, mentor engineering teams, and drive organizational adoption.
- Design and govern centralized CI/CD pipelines, source-code-management structures, and infrastructure templates.
- Lead scalable infrastructure-as-code design and implementation using Terraform and AWS.
- Architect and oversee production containerization with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Evaluate and manage enterprise tooling, including Harness or Jenkins, and integrate monitoring and security tools.
- Design automated infrastructure security, availability, and performance guardrails.
- Bridge business strategy and technical execution while influencing leadership and organizational change.
Requirements
- Minimum 15 to 20 years of IT industry experience in high-level architectural roles.
- Extensive experience as an Architect or Technical Evangelist with the ability to influence leadership and drive organizational change.
- Deep technical proficiency with AWS and Terraform in large-scale enterprise cloud environments.
- Expertise with CI/CD orchestration platforms, specifically Harness or Jenkins, and source code management using Git.
- Advanced hands-on production experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Proficiency with enterprise infrastructure performance monitoring, high availability, and security tools.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
- Experience leveraging artificial intelligence for task automation and knowledge of prompt engineering and Agentic AI; AI/ML expertise or hands-on experience is an advantage.
