Responsibilities
- Own frontend feature development from initial state setup through final component rendering.
- Integrate frontend applications with backend Go service endpoints and Python data pipelines.
- Contribute to system design and architecture discussions and help resolve technical trade-offs and blockers.
- Perform code reviews, maintain coding standards, and improve code quality, organization, and automation.
- Use AI tools to accelerate implementation, generate unit tests, identify edge cases, and improve development workflows.
- Develop, maintain, debug, document, and improve software applications, including prototypes, MVPs, and PoCs.
- Participate in Test-Driven Development and Security-Driven Development.
- Participate in a 24x7 rotating on-call schedule if applicable.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in software development, system design, and architecture.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Strong frontend expertise with React, Redux, and TypeScript; strong JavaScript experience is acceptable when paired with React proficiency.
- Practical backend exposure or willingness to work with Go, Python, and SQL is preferred.
- Proficiency with Git or similar distributed source control tools, including branch management and merge-conflict resolution.
- Interest in integrating AI prompts and workflows into daily coding practices.
