Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Java, Spring Framework, Spring Boot, and Hibernate.
Build and consume microservices with secure, scalable, and reliable communication.
Develop responsive React-based frontend interfaces and server-side components or APIs with Node.js where required.
Integrate applications with AWS, Azure, or GCP for deployment, storage, and scalability.
Build and integrate AI agents using LangChain, LangGraph, OpenAI Assistants, and Hugging Face.
Collaborate with Product, QA, DevOps, and UI/UX teams; participate in code reviews, performance optimization, troubleshooting, and debugging.
Maintain coding standards and documentation, ensure secure coding practices, and support CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and DevOps activities.

5–8 years of hands-on full-stack development experience.
Strong experience with Java, Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate/JPA, RESTful APIs, and microservices architecture.
Frontend development experience with React, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
Experience with Node.js for backend or middleware services and cloud technologies including AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Working knowledge of Python for interacting with AI/ML services or models.
Solid understanding of LLMs, RAG, embeddings, and vector databases, with practical experience building AI agent pipelines.
Knowledge of prompt engineering and model fine-tuning techniques.
Familiarity with Git, Maven or Gradle, CI/CD tools, Docker, Kubernetes, and SQL/NoSQL databases including MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB.
Preferred qualifications include experience with Agile/Scrum, Kafka or RabbitMQ, OAuth2, JWT, SSL, Prometheus, ELK, and Grafana.
Strong communication, collaboration, independent working ability, and end-to-end ownership.
