Responsibilities
- Build customer-facing web applications using React and TypeScript.
- Design and implement AI-powered software solutions, agents, skills, tools, and intelligent workflows.
- Develop robust, efficient, and maintainable software using C#, .NET Framework, SQL Server, and AWS.
- Implement telemetry-driven monitoring, anomaly detection, observability, and diagnostic solutions to improve reliability and reduce operational risk.
- Lead software design, development standards, code reviews, and application testing procedures.
- Build intelligent automation for research, information discovery, and business workflows.
- Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Data teams to identify AI-driven business opportunities.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and establish best practices for the technology platform.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited, not-for-profit, in-person college or university.
- At least 6 years of software development experience with object-oriented programming languages.
- Experience architecting, designing, and building large-scale distributed, service-oriented systems and web applications.
- Experience building APIs using C# and proficiency with Git.
- Understanding of AI technologies with hands-on experience in AI adoption and development.
- Familiarity with large language models, prompt engineering, or agent-based architectures.
- Familiarity with CI/CD deployment processes.
- SQL and database development knowledge.
- Familiarity with AWS Lambda, DynamoDB, and SQS.
- Experience with data modeling across conceptual, logical, and physical designs.
- Preferred experience implementing AI agents, workflow automation platforms, or intelligent search solutions.
- Strong communication skills and a demonstrated commitment to prior employers.
