Responsibilities
- Own production software across Compa's web app and backend systems.
- Integrate key ML and AI components into data workflows.
- Build new features and enhance existing workflows in collaboration with Product and Design.
- Lead architecture decisions and write clean, scalable code.
- Drive code reviews and influence the technical roadmap.
- Solve real problems for enterprise compensation teams.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in shipping production software.
- Deep proficiency in at least one modern web language or framework.
- Successful end-to-end ownership of complex features or systems.
- Experience leading technical decisions and justifying trade-offs.
- Ability to drive projects autonomously through ambiguity.
- Experience in code review and mentoring team members.
