Base Salary
$100k - $160k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own the design, implementation, maintenance, and delivery of the integration testing framework.
- Translate manual test cases into automated scripts and provide technical guidance on test strategy.
- Advise development teams on architectural testability and gate features based on integration-testing support.
- Maintain awareness of upcoming features and proactively prepare testing infrastructure.
- Manage the integration-test backlog and write, run, and debug test cases.
- Collaborate with development and manual-testing teams to validate products before release.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of experience designing and implementing automated integration testing frameworks.
- 5+ years of professional experience and expert-level proficiency in Python.
- 1–2 years of working knowledge of C++.
- Experience with GUI test automation frameworks such as Qt Test, Squish, Selenium, or Playwright.
- Experience with testing methodologies, tools, best practices, and CI/CD pipelines, particularly Jenkins.
- Proficiency in a Linux environment and hands-on experience with Docker.
- Strong ownership, communication, collaboration, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Rust experience as a replacement for C++ is highly desirable.

- Base pay is listed at $100,000–$160,000 depending on skills, experience, location, and qualifications.
