Responsibilities
- Lead development of full-stack APIs and UIs using modern frameworks and technologies.
- Lead development of backend services and APIs using Python, FastAPI, and Flask.
- Lead a team of developers, mentor junior engineers, and drive technical excellence.
- Collaborate with platform engineers to integrate applications with MLOps infrastructure and guide technical decisions.
- Participate in code reviews and improve code quality and engineering practices.
- Support application CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and deploy applications to Kubernetes.
- Set up application monitoring and alerting through Grafana.
- Work with internal clients and stakeholders to enable new features.
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript or TypeScript and one backend language such as Python, Java, or Node.js.
- Strong experience building web applications with modern frameworks such as React, Vue, or Angular.
- Strong understanding of web application architecture and APIs.
- Strong understanding of DevOps tooling including Git, Docker, and GitHub Actions.
- Good knowledge of databases, SQL, and ORMs.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP is preferred.
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and automated testing is preferred.
- Experience with machine learning concepts or MLOps tools is preferred.
- Knowledge of responsive design and UX principles is preferred.
