Base Salary
$180k - $230k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and own polished, responsive features across React applications using AI-powered tools throughout the design, build, and deployment workflow.
- Drive frontend architecture decisions covering component structure, state management, navigation patterns, and API integration strategies.
- Design and implement unit, integration, and end-to-end testing strategies while championing test-driven development.
- Ensure applications meet accessibility standards and promote inclusive design practices.
- Work with build tooling, bundlers, and delivery pipelines to improve build times, automate quality gates, and streamline releases.
- Collaborate with designers and backend teams on implementation and API contracts.
- Mentor engineers through code reviews, pairing, and technical guidance.
Requirements
- Require 5+ years of professional frontend development experience.
- Require strong proficiency in React and TypeScript with production web-application experience.
- Require knowledge of modern CSS, responsive design, accessibility standards, frontend testing frameworks, APIs, backend services, build tooling, bundlers, and CI/CD integration.
- Seek appreciation of UX and the creative process, experience contributing to design systems or component libraries, clear communication, adaptability, and collaborative working style.
- Preferred: full-stack experience including backend or API development with Python.
- Preferred: experience in fintech or other regulated industries.
