Responsibilities
- Develop, code, enhance, and maintain custom software solutions across systems and applications.
- Design and implement scalable, reliable software systems and contribute to system architecture.
- Automate infrastructure and improve monitoring, incident response, performance tuning, troubleshooting, and operational workflows.
- Serve as a subject matter expert, make team decisions, and provide solutions across multiple teams.
- Lead process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members and collaborate with multiple teams.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering.
- Proficiency in Site Reliability Engineering, including monitoring, incident response, and performance tuning.
- Strong knowledge of system architecture and infrastructure automation.
- Ability to design and implement scalable and reliable software systems.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and container orchestration technologies.
- Skilled in troubleshooting complex system issues and optimizing operational workflows.
- 15 years of full-time education required.
