Responsibilities
- Collaborate with customers to develop actionable roadmaps aligned with their strategic goals.
- Design scalable solutions that adapt to customers' growth and changing business needs.
- Prioritize frameworks that deliver measurable outcomes in subscription management.
- Serve as a trusted advisor, providing insights into industry trends and best practices.
- Lead workshops to assess and optimize configurations and workflows.
- Facilitate detailed workshops to refine configurations and improve system performance.
- Lead technical configuration and integration reviews with optimization recommendations.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on proficiency in Zuora Billing, Revenue, and CPQ modules.
- 10+ years of experience in Billing and Revenue Management and ERP platforms.
- Proven ability to deliver customer-aligned roadmaps and strategic advisory.
- Strong understanding of REST and SOAP APIs, and ETL for system integration.
- Exceptional strategic thinking, analytical, and communication skills.
