Responsibilities
- Develop expertise in ValGenesis products and their pharmaceutical industry applications.
- Plan and execute computer system verification activities.
- Collaborate with software developers, business analysts, and product managers in development scrum teams.
- Create test plans, test cases and scripts, bug reports, quality assessments, and risk documentation.
- Map software data flows to design robust testing approaches.
- Conduct QA tests and verify outcomes within required schedules and timelines.
- Lead or guide junior team members.
Requirements
- 5–10 years of experience in functional flow testing across all test phases.
- Prior biopharma industry experience or knowledge, including pharmaceutical regulations, quality, risk, and process validation.
- Experience using or testing pharma validation or quality software systems is preferred.
- Experience leading or guiding junior team members.
- Experience using Jira.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and test design.
- Understanding of the software development life cycle process.
- Experience with test automation frameworks such as Robot or Selenium is preferred.
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
