Base Salary
$160k - $200k/yr
Responsibilities
- Drive system design, architecture, and technical direction for team projects.
- Write production code and set technical standards through hands-on contributions.
- Mentor engineers through code reviews and technical guidance.
- Collaborate with Product to translate roadmap priorities into technical plans.
- Identify and resolve technical risks and dependencies.
- Establish and evolve engineering best practices and standards.
Requirements
- 6+ years of software engineering experience with a focus on leading technical direction.
- Deep hands-on experience with Python, React, and TypeScript.
- Proven track record in making sound architecture and system design decisions.
- Experience mentoring engineers and raising the technical bar through example.
- Strong collaboration skills to align technical decisions with product goals.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for explaining technical tradeoffs.
