Responsibilities
- Evaluate the current technological landscape supporting after-sales and maintenance operations.
- Analyze the application portfolio, including ERP, CRM, and legacy systems.
- Document end-to-end interactions between systems throughout service journeys.
- Map integrations, APIs, and data flows within the ecosystem.
- Assess product representation in various systems and data models.
- Conduct architecture reviews to evaluate scalability and resilience of existing solutions.
- Define the target architecture to support global after-sales capabilities.
- Develop architectural views covering applications, integrations, and processes.
- Lead structured platform evaluation activities and recommend suitable solutions.
- Facilitate architecture workshops with engineering and business teams.
Requirements
- Ability to work according to Eastern Standard Time (EST) and collaborate with North American teams.
- Experience as an Enterprise Architect, Solution Architect, or Technical Architect in complex enterprise environments.
- Significant experience in after-sales service, repair operations, and warranty management.
- Proven track record in conducting architecture assessments and gap analyses.
- Strong experience in defining target architectures and technology transformation roadmaps.
- Experience in sectors with complex, repairable products requiring component traceability.
- Excellent understanding of enterprise application ecosystems, including ERP and CRM solutions.
- Solid knowledge of APIs, integration models, and event-driven architectures.
- Demonstrated experience in evaluating and modernizing legacy environments.
