Responsibilities
- Lead technical discovery activities and assess existing technology landscapes.
- Analyze application portfolios including ERP, CRM, and service management systems.
- Document end-to-end system interactions across servicing journeys.
- Map integrations, APIs, and data flows across the ecosystem.
- Conduct architecture reviews to assess scalability and security.
- Define future-state target architecture for global aftersales capabilities.
- Facilitate architecture workshops with cross-functional teams.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Enterprise Architect or similar role in complex environments.
- Significant experience in aftersales, servicing, or related service-oriented domains.
- Strong understanding of enterprise application ecosystems including ERP and CRM.
- Experience conducting architecture assessments and gap analyses.
- Ability to work within EST business hours and travel occasionally for workshops.
- Excellent communication skills to engage both technical and business stakeholders.
